FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

- Spousal sponsorship
- Sponsor your spouse or common-law partner for immigration to Canada. Your spouse can obtain permanent resident status, allowing your family to build your lives and future in Canada
- Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship
- The Parent and Grandparent Program allows Canadian Citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their parents or grandparents. Sponsored parents and grandparents become permanent residents and have the right to live and work in Canada without restrictions and access to publicly funded health care
- Dependent Child Sponsorship
- You may sponsor your child under 22 years of age as long as they meet the definitions of a dependent child
VISIT CANADA

Visitors to Canada are required to obtain approval from the government of Canada before they travel to the country
- Letters of Invitation
- When you apply for a visa to visit Canada, you are asked to provide a letter of invitation from someone in Canada
- Super Visa
- This program enables multiple entries for up to 10 years. To be eligible for this program, children or grandchildren must provide a letter of invitation and meet minimum income requirements. They must provide proof of Canadian medical insurance and must cover at least one year from the date of entry to Canada
- Extend Visiting Visa
- If you want to extend your stay in Canada, you should apply at least 30 days before your status expires
STUDY AND WORK IN CANADA

- Study in Canada
- If you want to study in Canada for a period longer than six months at a post-secondary level, you will need a Canada study permit, if you are not a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident
- Extend study permit
- If you want to extend your studies in Canada, you should apply at least 30 days before your status expires
- Post Graduate Work Program
- The Post Graduate Work Permit Program (PGWP) allows international students who graduate from universities and colleges in Canada to work in Canada for up to three years upon graduation. The Post Graduate Work Permit also helps graduates transition to permanent resident status in Canada
- Express Entry
- The express entry program (EE) is Canada’s economic program, aimed at skilled immigrants who want to settle in Canada permanently and take part in Canada’s economy
- Canadian Experience Class
- The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is an immigration program that allows individuals who have worked in Canada for at least one year to immigrate permanently
